Random transactions from different banks and bank accounts

I have random transactions pop up in my business account from my personal account at the same bank.

I also have random transactions pop up in my business account from a different bank.

It takes hours to sort through and find them.

Does anybody know if there is a solution to this?

I am on Windows 11 Home,

The banks are CapEd FCU and Idaho central credit union.

Looks like it has been going on for around a year.

    Describe these "random transactions" in more detail, please.
    Are these transactions mis-categorized as transfers to/from another account?
    Are there Memorized Payee List entries with bad categories in existence? If so, correct or delete them.

    Are you automatically accepting downloaded transactions into your registers?
    If so, it might be better if you changed to review each downloaded transaction into your registers, to correct Payee Names and Categories before you accepted each one into the register. That should catch these ghosts before they get into your registers.

    It was categories that I thought were coming from a different bank account.

    User error, my mistake.
