Estimate Bill Payment by Tag

We use one credit card for all expenses that is paid out of two bank accounts (monthly bills and discretionary expenses). Therefore, we make two payments to this card each month. I would like Quicken to be able to estimate these payments based on the Tag in Quicken. Now, the estimated payment is the total card balance. I can run a report and sort by Tag so that I can see how much will be paid, but I'd like to see this in the Bill Reminder page. In the example below, the total is not what will be paid from the Bills account, but is the card total balance. Quicken already knows this information, it just needs to display it on the Bills Reminder page.
