Rather than a vague whine, it would be more constructive to list the places you think Cut & Paste are missing and should be added.

May I ask what you're trying to do with Cut and Paste?

Copy an entire transaction to create a new one?
Copy a string of text from an outside application into a field in a new register transaction? Like copying an invoice number into a new transaction's Memo field?
Something else?

If you're having problems making item #2 work: Ensure that option Keyboard mappings in Edit / Preferences / Setup is set to "Windows Standard".
