American Express HYSA and credit cards not downloading

After the last update we can't download transactions from American Express. I'm on a Mac OS Sequoia 15.3.2 using Quicken Classic Deluxe v 8.1.1. Advice? Both my partner and I are having problems. Please fix.

I've had no interruptions in Amex downloads. Under Account Settings for each account, are your Amex accounts set up to use "Quicken Connect" as the connection type?

MontanaKarl, yes I am using Quicken Connect as the connection type. My credit card transactions downloaded but not my HYSA. My partner has 3 Am Ex credit cards and none downloaded transactions. I finally went to the Am Ex website and downloaded the transactions and imported them into Quicken. We tried several times to download transactions via Quicken Connect but were unsuccessful. I have used Quicken for Mac for many years and if there is an easy fix I usually can find it. No such luck today.

Strange. Just my luck, my wife's accounts wouldn't download this morning - even though mine did. (I have 3 linked Amex accounts; she has 2.). The error message was about a server… so I have to surmise that Amex distributes account data across multiple servers and the one my data is on was fine and hers had issues. But 15 minutes later hers did download, so perhaps server was maxed out with requests or something.
Did your HYSA or partner's credit cards download yet? If not, you may want to use Help > Report a Problem…

This seems like my same issue. I created a different thread since a new Amex CD wasn't getting added and linked. I did the reset and that didn't work. Normally and to be safe, I would close the Quicken after deactivating and re-activating again in a new Quicken session. I deactivated all and now even the CD that used to download doesn't get recognized as an account. Only my Amex credit card and HYSA keeps getting linked but not two CDs. I tried changing passwords also to see if that helps. A call to Quicken support yesterday yielded "this is an American Express server issue." The screenshare with Quicken support showed to the support agent that Quicken connects but only recognizes two out of 4 accounts. This problem started about 6 weeks ago, not long after Quicken fixed the Vanguard connection issue.
I am on Windows Quicken and version R61.16 and build 27.1.62.16.0
