Is anyone experiencing a limit of only 5 accounts downloading from Visions Federal Credit Union?

I have 7 accounts in VFCU but only 5 download.  I talked with Visions and they know of no limit on their side.

Are the accounts that do not download of a different "account type" from the ones that do download? Are all the accounts under the same "username"?  When you first setup the download connections with VFCU, you should have been presented with a full list of accounts that can be downloaded.  Is it possible that you may have not seen the other accounts when you first connected your accounts?
