    Shell and Exxon failing for me for the exact issue and description mentioned in this thread. Something is wrong with the deployment of the new connection method for Citi based retail accounts. No other information is provided….again….

    Just trying to be helpful ……………….. Sears and Best Buy both connected and worked properly just a few minutes ago. I'd bet that Citibank has to deal with each account brand individually. Perhaps time and patience will evenutally solve the problem.
