problem with RRIF transaction for my wife and I

Our RRIF money is transferred to our bank account. I have them setup as a split transaction with an amount being transferred from our RRIF account and income tax taken out. Whenever I actually do the transaction I have to change the account because the category shows an unspecified account. I go in and change it to the account to transfer from and it accepts the transaction. However all these transactions are considered as unsynced.

It is a reminder and each time I enter it I have to change it from unspecified account to the proper RRIF account

@Werner Kriese - you can then update the reminder split transaction so you wouldn't need to update the transaction each time you use it. Go to your Bills and Income List and Edit the reminder by using "Edit this and all future instances".
Then open the Split Transaction and enter the correct account name.

@Werner Kriese is this a reminder or scheduled transaction? If so, you can edit the split in the reminder transaction to the correct account name. From then on, when the reminder is used, you won't need to change the account name each time.
