I am constantly having to rebuild the splits for monthly transactions I have "memorized." Is there something I'm missing?

Do you sync to the Quicken cloud and/or use Quicken mobile or Quicken web? If so, try disabling the sync for long enough to see if the splits disappearing problem stops.

Agree, it does seem like a programming error. Quicken Inc seldom announces dates for anticipated programming fixes.

The general path for getting issues fixed is to contact support via phone or chat to report the issue.

    Thank you for your response.

I suppose that could be a solution. But that is obviously a failure in programming if using something like Quicken Cloud causes transaction splits to vanish.

When will this be corrected so users aren't forced to give up available functions?
