How to make Quicken respect Windows Regional Settings decimal separator?
I have been using Quicken for Mac many years and last month I had to migrate to Quicken for Windows, but I have been some difficulties:
About decimal separator, assume Windows Regional Setting, it seems that “.” Is fixed, but my Windows Regional Setting is configured to use comma as decimal separator. About date format dd/mm/yyyy, no problem.

Close Quicken and edit the file C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Config\QUICKEN.INI
Look for two entries, "sDecimal" and "sThousand" and change their values to what you prefer. Save the file, then restart Quicken. This will change the display in some places, like reports, but not everywhere.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
