Schwab Bill Pay Payee Name Not Downloaded with the Transactions

You can call into and add to a Schwab Continuous Improvement Idea that I started back in November where if I put a Payee into Bill Pay and they pay the Payee, it does not download a description of the Payee. It only puts in a check number. Bank of America downloads the Payee's Name for example. I have to login into Schwab Bank and see which Payee that is and add the description to Quicken.
