Mark as Billed - ability to add attachments before it's entered into the register [Edited]

Please consider adding a new feature to mark a scheduled transaction as "billed". Once marked as billed, one could then attach the bill (or any document) to the schedule transaction and not have to wait until its scheduled date to attach documentation.
