Pending Transactions

I have reviewed older postings on this, but as a new beta tester, I would like to understand the status of the Pending Transactions feature. In my preferences settings, I can select to include pending transactions for all my bank and credit card accounts (left option). But the choice to include them in the balances (right option) is greyed out and not able to be selected.

Further, with the include pending transactions (left option) selected, the only behavior on download is to show pending transactions in the list of downloaded items, but they aren't actually included in the register, even though they are downloaded.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this the intended behavior? (Note that older versions of Quicken prior to use of Express Connect always showed pending transactions in the register by default).

    @greenes are you asking about pending behavior in a released version or in a beta version?

    I just became a beta, so the only version I am using so far is the most recent released version. I have noted the pending transaction behavior over the past year or more, on several released versions. Wanted to know if this is being addressed yet in any beta versions, to understand why I have not seen it corrected yet.

    In searching the beta community, I hadn't found any posts discussing it - hence my posting.

    If you have questions related to beta version behavior, those questions should be posted in a beta forum, not here in the public forum.

    Are you automatically accepting transactions into the register? My recollection is that you will only get them entered in the register if you are automatically entering them.

    Have not been auto-accepting them - that fixed the issue. Thank you!
