Crypto price updates stopped working, plus development ideas for crypto price, tax, chart services

Introduction of the ^ticker function for crypto price downloads was an awesome enhancement to Q. Thank you, development team! However, pricing downloads have suffered the following issues and now are not working at all in my live file:
Problems:
- Inconsistent current data retrieval - works some days, some days, nothing. It was working fairly well in my live file until recently, then stopped. I tried a NEW test file with test transactions and it did manage to download today's ^BTCUSD price, but resulted in errors with no data on attempt to update historical prices. (see screenshots below)
- No open/hi/low/close or volume data.
- No ability to record, or even round data beyond 8 decimals.
- No ability to import investment transactions via .csv or other standard format.
- Limited ability and support for importing price data.
- Inconsistent historical data retrieval.
- Very small subset of crypto tickers available, even missing some of the majors which have billions in market capitalization.
- No functionality for crypto coin swaps (coin for coin), leveraged tokens, options, etc.
- No further news on development or even substantive feedback or support in the customer community pages. Many discussions on same topic are closed, only to be reopened as new topics, then closed again, cluttering up the community support pages with multiple topics on the same issue.
- No AI search feature to assist in answering routine questions, or at least directing to a frequently requested topic, thereby minimizing duplicate topics and support clutter.
- Management's apparent lack of recognition or even interest in the massive actual and potential growth of modern crypto investing among Q's customer base, causing many customers to leave, even after the CEO announced such functionality was available years ago.
- Resistance among old school traditional finance customer/investors to adapt to the future of global finance in cryptocurrencies and tokenization of nearly all asset classes.
- Lack of modern investment charting tools inside Q.
Proposed Solutions:
- Fix the current data download glitch, current and historic.
- Add open/high/low/close and volume data.
- Add up to 16 decimal points, or automate rounding of data beyond 8 decimals.
- Add investment transaction import function and help for all asset types via .csv et al.
- Streamline process and publish help for importing ALL fields of investment price data.
- Add at least the top 100 crypto tickers, ranked by market cap, to the available data list.
- Keep crypto investor customers informed on development updates.
- Stop closing crypto topics, cluttering your forum with duplicates.
- Add Q AI to help inform and educate users while minimizing duplicate support topics.
- Don't promise something you can't or won't deliver - just let us know your plans.
- Ignore the crypto naysayers who still prefer a horse and buggy, vacuum tube TVs and 8 Tracks.
- Consider partnering with already established crypto data aggregators (like Coingecko, CoinMarketCap, etc.), crypto tax aggregators (like Koinly, TaxBit, etc.) and chart developers (e.g. TradingView) to insert API's into Q to reduce your development and support costs. If you must charge extra for these integrations, provide existing subscribers of these external aggregators a discounted rate for activating the APIs for their pre-existing accounts. Perhaps you can negotiate an arrangement where existing subscribers may add the APIs at no charge, in exchange for compensation to Q for recruiting new customers for the external aggregators.
- Keep up with the current crypto market to improve/develop new features as industry evolves.
- Once these features are more polished and reliable, improve visibility at crypto events and political legislation actions to make your competent presence known in the crypto space.

As a loyal, continuous Q customer since around 1992 on DOS with my Tandy HT-1000 CPU, 64mb RAM, 20mb internal HD, 20mb external HD, and a 5.5" floppy drive, I urge you to keep up with the financial times by investing your R & D into the crypto space before the industry leaves you behind.
