Online transfer between checking accounts missing; how to fix?

The transfer shows up as an entry and cleared in the originating account but is missing from the receiving account (both Wells Fargo). It's a transfer I've successfully made many times, just not this once. As a result my Quicken balance is off. The transaction shows in both accounts at the bank, which has correct balances for all accounts, and should be reflected in One Step updates but it is not. How should I fix in Quicken? Tempted to delete the transaction in the originating account in Quicken then try One Step Update again. (Quicken Classic Business & Personal R62.16, build 27.1.62.16)

@Mark Mitt first of all, do not delete the transaction from the originating or "from" account. One Step Update (OSU) will not redownload the transaction. I am not sure why the transfer in the receiving or "to" account didn't download. What category do you use for transfers? Usually, the category for linked transfers is simply the "to" account name enclosed in brackets [Account]. Therefore, transfer transactions in Quicken are usually linked so that one side of the transfer cannot exist without the other.

What I would do to fix your situation is update the category in the "from" transfer transaction to the account name of the "to" transfer transaction, enclosed in brackets. [To Account Name]. The "to" transfer transaction will then be automatically created in the receiving account.

If you don't use linked transfers, then just manually create a transfer transaction in the "to" or receiving account using the category you usually use for transfers.
