Send a message to all who have bookmarked a post that it has been removed, then change the count.

I have two bookmarks that apparently have been deleted, because when I click on the purple 2, I get "No discussions found." I understand the need to clean up the forums, however, I now don't remember what the bookmarks were for (that's why I had a bookmark), and I can't see what they linked to, because not even the title is available.

Since Quicken knows which users have a post bookmarked, it should send a message to the users that the post is being removed. That way, the user will at least have a record of the subject so they can search for alternative posts to follow when they find out the posts are gone.

Additionally, after the post is removed and the message is sent, subtract 1 from the bookmark total so users no longer try to use their bookmarks to find the missing posts.
