Has anyone else had old cleared Savings Goals contributions show up in Downloaded Transactions?

In Windows Quicken, I just performed a One Step Update and the application downloaded ten old cleared contributions toward savings goals transactions that show in the "Downloaded Transactions" section. This has never happened before. When clicking on them, the application attempts to enter a new registry entry with a "c" in the "clr" column along with the old date of the original entry (10/6/2023, 11/3/2023, 12/15/2023, 8/23/2024, etc.). When I try to accept the downloaded transaction, I get a popup that states, "You are entering a transaction over a year away. Is this correct?" When I click the "Yes" button, I receive another popup that states "You cannot clear a savings goal transaction" with an "OK" button. I am forced to click OK and the transaction just stays in the "Downloaded Transactions" panel. If I try to clear the 'c' from the "clr" column when accepting the transaction, nothing is entered and the transaction stays in the Downloaded Transactions section. I tried closing and reopening the application and the transactions just stay there.

In addition, now when sorting the register by the "clr" column, the cleared balance doesn't match the online balance, even though it did right before I initiated the One-Step Update.

I have not made any recent changes to Quicken settings and was just categorizing transactions as I do all the time. I initiated the One-Step Update and sync to cloud as my final cleanup at the end of that routine evolution.

I appreciate any suggestions or insights.

Savings Goals are virtual Quicken transactions so I don't see how they could be downloaded. As to a possible solution, if you go to the Download transaction panel (below the register) and select edit to the right, you should see Delete as an option.
