Mission Federal Connectivity Issue

Is there no one in this technological age that can fix this? Elevating to the highest level means nothing to the consumer when its tax season and timeout turns to over a month of waiting. When you have 10 accounts interacting inside of quicken an one is lamb, Quicken reconciliation gets whacky. a week or two on such an important issue might be acceptable. But the amount of time passed seems a reflection of a lack of serious concern, in spite of the rhetoric.

@Larry_Wags I can see clearly how frustrating the situation is for you. But if you can give some details maybe someone here would be able to provide some help.
What account is not working? At which financial institution? It seems like you may have contacted Quicken Support? What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to try to resolve this issue?

@Larry_Wags I did find Mission Federal Credit Union that has two connection methods - Express Web Connect and Web Connect. You mentioned connectivity issues, but you also mentioned reconciliation issue. Please provide more details so someone would be able to help you with your issues.
