Mortgage Account in Quicken says that I have transactions to review

I click on the flag and select review transactions and nothing happens. I am not able to download any data for this loan or my savings from Bank of America because there are 2 unaccepted transactions in the mortgage account that I cannot access.

    Also, when I edit the mortgage account, the Display Options tab has Hide Transactions selected and it is grayed out so I can't change the setting.

    Mortgage accounts which are activated for transaction downloading do not have an account register which you can access.
    It might be best if you deactivated the mortgage account, so that you can have access to the account register and never activated it again.
    After that's done, edit the Scheduled Reminder which controls the monthly payment from your checking account. Make sure that the category for the principal amount and optional additional principal amount (lines 1 and 3 in the Split definitions) point to the mortgage account register as a transfer, e.g., "[Mortgage account name]" enclosed in square brackets. This is needed so that the monthly principal payment reduces the mortgage balance in your Quicken account register.
