Fund shares matched to wrong symbol. How do I fix it?

Fidelity recent purchased 3 new funds (among others) in a managed account I own. They downloaded into Quicken matched to incorrect symbols. I was not give the option to match or say they were new securities. One example is TDVG was matched to PRZIX. Each fund was matched to another fund in the same family. I thought that perhaps the other funds were closed and their CUSIPs were being reused, but all three of the wrong fund symbols are still active. I tried adding the new fund to Quicken and then changing the buy transaction, but that doesn't solve the problem. I also tried deleting the buy transaction, deleting the security record, then re-adding the security record, but no joy. When doing downloads, I still get the fund mismatch screen
I have backups, but in this case, it would be a nightmare (long story, but it would involve re-downloading and matching over 500 new securities and over 1000 buy/sell txns), and I'm not sure it would even solve the problem.
In the Edit Security screen for all 3 funds, the "matched with an online security" box is grayed out, and there is no CUSIP.
Can someone tell me how to fix this?
Thanks.

Presumably, you at one time owned PRZIX but do not now own shares. Correct?
In that case, I suggest editing that security and unchecking the "Matched with online" box. Do similarly for the other two mismatches.
Then from the account transaction list, Action gear (upper right), Reconcile Shares — should let you properly match the new holdings reported by Fidelity to the new securities you created.
BACKUP first, just in case!

@mrzookie verify that the Security Type is set to Mutual Fund. If not change it to Mutual Fund and see if that then allows you to uncheck the "Matched with online security" checkbox.
If that doesn't work and you still cannot uncheck that box, then the alternative is to change and correct the security symbol for each security to what it should be. Also, be sure to copy price history when you change/correct the security symbol.
Please make a backup of your data file before you start this process. It would also be a good idea to make backups while doing this process, just in case you need to go back a step.

The box is greyed out and there is no CUSIP when the box is unchecked. The box only gets checked when the Quicken security is matched to a brokerage downloaded security at which point the brokerage provided CUSIP is then assigned to the Quicken security.

This worked! with one addl step.
I tried it on the first security. I found the old fund in the security list, unchecked the box, found the new fund and presto - the box was checked and there was a CUSIP. I confirmed on the Fidelity site that it was the correct one.
When I did the other 2, there was no presto moment. The box was still unchecked and grayed out, no CUSIP. I opened the Reconcile function (which really doesn't give you a way to change anything), and it said Quicken was in synch with the brokerage. So, I decided to connect to Fidelity, thinking it needed to update, and that did it.
As far as I can tell, everything is now as it should be.
Thanks for your help!
