Downloading as a whole has an issue, you've resolved only the Investment Quotes as a stand-alone update, and the individual Financial institutions like Navy Federal Credit Union, etc. What remains and you incorrectly posted on 4/25 is that you've fixed the connectivity to Fidelity Investments.
It remains broken, you've still got work. Reporting it fixed doesn't mean it is, you haven't provided end users updates which is an ongoing Quicken Cust Svce issue for decades (prior to spin off, and still a cultural issue). The entire program crashes, I've sent logs, etc. and still just 10 minutes ago I tried to update Fidelity transactions, still froze the program requiring End Task within Windows to close that container. Considering the demand for my money every year instead of Major updates, and doubling the cost over the past 4 years, alternatives are looking much better even with the pain of conversion, etc. Please stand up, admit the issue, and start doing some true Root Cause and most importantly CORRECTIVE ACTION (RCCA) analysis. Peer Review, use of tools like Cursor (AI coding program), true SIT and final QA testing would all be of benefit and be financially positive when thinking beyond a single quarter for earnings calls.
