I use Windows Business & Personal R62.16 version. Memorized payee list is blank

The payee autofill function works properly when entering transactions. When I go to the menu, or ctrl-t, to view the list it is blank. No ability to use the "search", nothing. What function did miss toggling?

@GeoK that is very strange, but here is something else you can try -

Go into your Memorized Payee List. In the lower left, click on "Options" and make sure that "View locked items only" is not checked.

That last suggestion was successful. The purpose for a buried toggle like that is lost on me. Many thanks!!

@GeoK go to Tools and click on "Memorized Payee List" while holding down Ctrl-Shift. It will repopulate your Memorized Payee List. You may need to review and edit the list. I think it repopulates "everything" you may have had on the list.

If you haven't done a file validate, I would try that first to see if that brings the items back first, but if not, the process above, always usually does.

I appreciate having something to try. I did the file validate first, then ctrl shift memorized payee. It briefly shows "Building quick fill list for Quicken…", then the MPL tile pops up. But still nothing populates the fields. Tried several attempts. Quicken will auto fill payees when entering transactions so I don't notice this issue 95% of the time on it, but when I want to clean up and merge some names, etc. it's a no go for me. (?)
