I updated my credit card with quicken classic online with no problem. Inside the software it continues to say update or active up top on a yellow bar but my card is activated. it looks as if they are not charging my card for some reason! This is very frustrating. No code is in trash or spam and I've been using this product over 20 years! Why in the heck can I not get in? one I open quicken and try to update from the bank or download transactions, up top it keeps popping up I need to activate and I confirmed the card is correct and put it in twice yesterday AND there is plenty of credit on the card so no clue. and yes I am using the same login and account name i always have. I have tried desperately to work on this over saturday and sunday when I'm off and have time to do so and OF COURSE I cannot get an agent then!
Thanks in advance if you know. I didn't expect to need an activation code anyway. Just to renew my card number as it had expried so I'm like lost!
