Add a transaction from the Holdings window

Provide ability to right click on an investment and adjust the cash or share balance. This will provide ease of use as you would not need to exit the window and transfer to the investment account register to create the Adjust Share Balance transaction or adjust cash balance and then go back into the holdings window to continue balancing/checking against the provider website.
