deleting downloaded transactions

I need to deactivate and then reactivate my online service at UBS. I have deactivated my investment account, but when I try to deactivate my checking/investment account I get a msg that I must first accept the downloaded transactions… except there are no downloaded transactions to accept. It won't deactivate the account.

    Are you talking about two different investment accounts? One being an investment or retirement account and the 2nd one being an investment account with a linked cash/checking account register?
    And that 2nd account is what's giving you problems?

    If that 2nd account does indeed have a linked cash/checking account register, have you checked this for unaccepted transactions?
