I have two AMEX cards within the same account. I have not been able to download transactions since March - I have reset, deactivated, reactivated, authorized, and reauthorized multiple times - it's just not working. What can I do?
You can try deactivating, then sign out of your account [Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts > click on: Sign in as a Different User> "YES"], close and then reopen Quicken, log in, then reactivate.
