Error cc-800 when using Quicken on multiple PC's

I have Quicken on 2 PC'S. Awhile back I started getting error codes cc-800 on my first PC when I did a one step update on PC #2. The trouble would switch PC's when I would clear the cc-800. Using Quicken on only one PC worked fine. Support would resolve the cc-800 but it would come back once i switched PC'S. One solution offered was to use Quicken cloud backup. Quicken (program) does not like me using 2 PC.s . Has anyone using their Quicken on multiple PC's found cloud backup a solution for the cc-800 errors?

    @tommc did Quicken Support give you any indication as to how Online Backup help with switching between two computers?

    I HAD THE CC-800 ERRORS START TO SHOW UP ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO. CONTACTED SUPPORT EVERYDAY AND FOLLOWED THE SAME CORRECTIONS EVERYDAY THAT SUPPORT RECOMMENDED. THEY ONLY WORKED FOR THAT DAY. THE FOLLOWING DAY THE ERRORS CAME BACK. My errors were with Schwab, Chase and US bank. They did say I had a lot of data in my files. Which I did from back to 2009. The only thing that fixed the errors for me was to delete all the old data. I only kept data from about Jan 2023 to present. Since then, about May 16th I have not had the error. So maybe that is the fix. Good Luck. 20 plus year user of Quicken. Bob

    I keep one computer in the house and one in the RV. About 3 weeks ago, I started getting CC-800 errors on about 14 of my accounts. To reset all these accounts one at a time takes hours, then when I update the RV computer (Windows 11), all those 14 accounts again go CC-800 every single day. This just recently started… how much data I have in my working file, nor the use of back-ups to transfer data between computers should cause these CC-800 errors. It has worked fine for years, but now suddenly these accounts need to be reset every day. I don't want to use the cloud… I don't trust cloud security and the cloud always needs an internet connection, something I don't always have in the RV.

    The message says that it appears one or more accounts have been deleted. They have not!
