A few years ago I and others recommended this, and I will do it again, make it so you can track weekly rent income, not just monthly.
It's true that you cannot define a tenant as making weekly payments. Only monthly payments can be defined when you setup a new tenant.
However, once set up, you can use the Rent Center's Enter Rent dialog to enter the tenant's weekly payment amount. It will be properly tracked.
OK, yes, a setup for making weekly rent payments would be welcome. I'm voting for it. Let's see how many other Quicken users will vote, too.
