Some displayed font sizes are not legible. Can they be changed?

The font size in my register is fine. Very legible. In my preferences, every setup item is pretty much set to the default. My register font size is Seque UI 8 point.

But, when I click on a transaction and then click on the Edit Gear icon, the font in that menu is faint and pixelated, making it very hard to read.

Also, the font on the tabs on the tool bar are blurry. (See picture below). Although the font in the account bar is fine.

These fonts were not different sizes in the past, and they are now so hard to read. I cannot find a way to alter the font size in those submenus on on the tabs.

I am using Quicken Classic Deluxe Version R62.16 Build 27.1.62.16 on a Windows 11 machine. I am a 25+ year Quicken user.

What are your settings for Windows screen resolution and "make text larger"?
What screen size do you have? 13" laptop? larger? 4k hi-res?
