Creating a Wells Fargo Mortgage Account

I am trying to create a Wells Fargo Mortgage Account. When I go online directly to Wells Fargo I get into my account fine. When I try to create it in Quicken it says: Sorry we encountered an error (It's not your fault). And then it says there's a message from Wells Fargo saying "The user has entered an invalid User ID or PW…" which I haven't because I can login directly when I go to the site?

@ianschneid it sounds like you are trying to set up an online mortgage loan. I would not recommend setting up an online loan. They provide limited information and more importantly, they do not provide a payment schedule or payment register. Instead set up a manual mortgage loan through the loan wizard.

I am not sure why you are getting the error when you are trying to set up the loan as an connected or online loan. But again imho, it is much better to set up the mortgage as an offline or manual loan.
