Just recently the invoices I am emailing out through the software are landing in my client's Spam folders as well as coping me on the email. This has just started happening. What can I do to resolve this problem. Please help. Thank you!

@StaciB Quicken invoice emails landing in spam folders is a common issue, and it’s likely due to how email providers filter messages. Here are some possible reasons:

    • Email Spoofing Concerns: Quicken sends invoices on behalf of users, but the actual sender domain is qcsemail.quicken.com, which can trigger spam filters.
    • DKIM & DMARC Alignment: Some users have reported that Quicken’s emails lack proper authentication settings, making them more likely to be flagged.
    • General Email Filtering: Different email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) have varying spam detection rules, and Quicken’s invoice emails might not meet their criteria.

A workaround is to save the invoice as a PDF and send it manually from your own email account to avoid spam filters. You might also want to check if your email provider allows you to whitelist Quicken’s email domain.
