Implement Multiple Scheduled Updates

Quicken Classic currently supports a single scheduled update to accounts of our chosing (i.e. checking, savings, credit cards, investments) and expects to execute the update once per day, all accounts selected at the same time. Since most investment quotations aren't fixed for the day until after closing, and most financial institution transactions aren't posted until the wee hours of the morning, there is a need for at least 2 different update times (scheduled times) to make the unattended update feature in Quicken really useful.
