National Financial - MyStreetscape all shares removed in Quicken on update

Every time I update my accounts, the update enters transactions that remove all the shares I have in the accounts. I have gone in and deleted the new transactions that remove all the shares and it occurs again as soon as I perform another update. It also has not downloaded any new transactions since this started (dividend reinvestment etc.)

  • @msf107 is it possible that your account has a new website to sign onto?

  • @msf107 have you tried deactivating and reactivating the account?

    @CaliQknI have done so many times. When I reconnect it properly matches my accounts and initially shows accurate positions, etc (simple tracking method only). As soon as I update the positions are removed from the accounts and the balance shows zero.

  • @msf107 that is very strange. Did you recently change brokers, or get a new sign-on for your account? At this point, if you haven't done so already, maybe contacting Quicken Support is in order. https://www.quicken.com/support/search-opt/

    @CaliQkn No changes.

  • @msf107 at this point, I think contacting Quicken Support is your next step. They can remotely see what's happening when you activate your connection and then do an update that removes your positions. They can also take a look at the system logs to troubleshoot the issue.
