Portfolio Update

I had a real estate property listed under my portfolio for $1,000,000 and wanted to update to $1,200,000 because of a recent offer. It will not let me because it said that figure was too high and now, I'm trying to go back to the $1,000,000 as before and it won't let me do that now. How can I update?

@JimJamTheWindowMan What version of Quicken are you using? What type of account is it and what type of transaction are you using?
