Can't connect to nwps401k.com

Hi there -

I started using Quicken about 2 years agos and I have never been able to connect my 401K account.

When I attempt to add the account it seems to work ok (see screenshots) but then gives me the error below.

It's confusing bc my PW is obviously correct bc it's attempting the correct phone # for 2FA

    @Pat_90048 it looks like you are using Quicken Mac, but you posted your issue in a Quicken Windows category. I requested that your post be moved to the appropriate Quicken Mac category.

    Are your images displayed in the order they appear?
    What happens after you select Text message and click Continue?
