Connecting to Bankers Trust DM Web Connect

For the past couple of weeks, I have been trying to add an account from Bankers Trust Web Connect. When doing so, I am getting a CC-501 error code. I have other accounts connected to this bank and have not had any issues with them updating, but cant add new accounts. (and yes, I am using the correct user ID and password)

@JMoe have you tried deactivating all your accounts with Bankers Trust and then reactivating them?

1. Deactivate all accounts with Bankers Trust
2. Blank out Financial Institution Name and Account Number on the General tab
3. Reactivate the accounts by using "Add Account" and linking to the existing accounts on Quicken.
