Quicken no longer handles .QFX files downloaded from a PayPal credit account

I was never able to set up express web connect for my PayPal credit account. However, I was able to log on to the PayPal credit web page and export activity as a .QFX file. I would then import that into Quicken. As of tonight, this no longer works.

Windows 11 Pro, Quicken Classic Premier version R63.19
