I am working in the latest beta windows version. I have a tenant who was late on rent, and paid a partial amount. Amount due was $1150. I am working in the rental property window. It shows past due $1150 as it should. (pic 1) They paid $450, which I put in as the amount received. (pic 2) It should show an amount past due of $700, but it shows ZERO past due. (pic 3) This makes it hard to see who is late on rent.

I don't have enough experience with using the Rent Center, so I can't tell if it's working as it should or not …

My suggestion would be to change the view from "Current Month" to "Recent Months" or one of the other time periods, so you can see more of the payment history.

Let's see if other Community members chime in with better suggestions.

@wildeagle since you are working with a beta version, your issue may be related to a beta issue. Do you know if your issue exists in the production version of Quicken?

yes, it actually has been that way for quite a bit of time now, so it is the production version too . I forgot about it because it is rare that I have rents past due (I have been very lucky lol)

as for switching to recent months, it shows that month paid in full even though only a partial was made
