Option for default expanded/collapsed Downloaded Transactions

Often, all my investment accounts open with Downloaded Transactions expanded even though there are no downloaded transactions. This is not true of my Banking accounts, where Downloaded Transactions is collapsed unless there are new transactions. The state of the investment accounts is a minor nuisance. I cannot see my transactions until I collapse the Downloaded Transactions. Please tell me if there is a option I can set that will cause the Downloaded Transactions to remain collapsed unless there are new transactions, as is the case with my Banking accounts.

@Jay Gourley this happens to me every once in a while when I update accounts multiple times in a short time span. I just click to close. I haven't found a way around it or a setting that controls this behavior.
