    @Peter6113 shut down and restart your computer, then restart Quicken.

    Do a data file validate, or super validate. File→File Validate and Repair File. To do a super validate, hold Ctrl-Shift while clicking on "Validate and Repair File".

    Make sure that Quicken is updated with the latest release by clicking Help→Check for Updates.

    If you are have issues or if Quicken isn't working right, or it looks like transactions are missing, then try restoring a back up.

    If you continue to have issues, then you should contact Quicken Support.

    @Peter6113 I personally always restore a backup when I experience a crash or need to do a "Ctrl-Alt-Del" to exit Quicken. Sometimes the ramifications of a crash or forced exit from Quicken don't show until much later. The key is make backups regularly and have good backups ready.
