OL-332-A Fidelity Account is not updating

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Contacted Fidelity and my password is correct. There are no locks on my account and was told to contact Quicken support. They found no issues on there end. This started about four weeks ago.

@acraffaele do you have sync turned with Mobile & Web turned on? If so, try turning it off and then try the OSU again.
