Please Fix the Constant Inability to update and manage our accounts

Since April when we updated / renewed our service we have had nothing bu problems.

Every other Day if not everyday we get errors updating and are forced to Delete/Add Account, Reset Accounts for our banking, credit and brokerage accounts. I can't count the number of times we have gone thru this process but with Support and just doing it ourselves.

We can't use the product on more than one device. When did that change - we travel it's always been on the desktop and laptop. Windows 11 Pro.

What has always been dependable is now for all practical purposes a non functioning product.
