Can a Quicken Standard Report be Restored?

This morning I inadvertently deleted the untailored baseline Quicken Standard Report titled "Lifetime Overview" from the Reports → Net Worth & Balances display in Quicken Deluxe. Is there a way to get the standard Quicken report back without restoring the entire Quicken data file from a backup?

@Karen D the "Lifetime Overview" is not available in Quicken Deluxe. Did you at one point have Quicken Premier and downgrade to Quicken Deluxe?
