How do I correct a payment wrongly scheduled years in advance?

I've got a bill in Bills & Income, which somehow is now scheduled many years from now, even though it is due in a month. It doesn't help me at all that Quicken only shows the due month and date but leaves the year out of the display in the grid in Bills & Income, but I guess making it truly clear when a bill is due isn't important to Intuit.

Anyway, how do I correct the due date so that it is correct?

    Go to Bills, Income and transfers tab, click on down arrow next to enter and click on edit this instance

    Instead of using the Bills, Income & Transfers view, go the "classic" (aka original) view in Tools / Manage Bill and Income Reminders. This view's All Bills & Deposits tab shows all reminders with a complete date. The view can be sorted by Payee Name or Due Date (of next instance).
    It might be easier to work with this view when looking for incorrect due dates.
