Home Inventory no longer able to update Quicken

I still use the no-longer-supported Quicken Home Inventory for insurance purposes and as part of my net worth. It seems that with R63.21 (Build 27.1.63.21) Quicken Home Inventory lost the ability to update Quicken. Every so many updates, something like this happens to break the connection.

I would still like to continue updating my Quicken file with home inventory values. Are there any suggestions besides reinstalling an older version of Quicken?
