Is there any way to color a NUM column entry from the list?

I have Quicken Classic Business & Personal (Windows PC).

I have added To Do to my Check # column list. Is there any way I add a color to that item?

another way to do it is to Tag it but again is there any way to have add a color to a Tag?

It appears that one can do it in MAC but not windows.

To my knowledge, the only thing you can color on individual transactions is the flag in the Notes and Flags column. And nots big selection of colors - something like red, green, yellow, and white.
