Reinstalling Quicken 2016 Deluxe from Disc

Here we go again. I've used Quicken for 30 years, upgrading every 3-5 years as bank required until Q changed to subscription. Kept using disc version on desktop computer, but have had to reinstall twice due to new computer then SSD problem. This last time, reinstalled from the 2016 disc, then downloaded the available Mondo patches, then had to replace the Quicken Config folder with a copy from an older install on a laptop. Curiously, the Quicken.ini file that went with the copy was time-stamped with the current date. Now the program is working fine, but on the Quicken splash screen which is briefly visible prior to program fully starting, the screen shows Q Real Estate 2013 instead of my Deluxe 2016. I've never had the Real Estate version, but what loaded seems to be the same as my usual Deluxe version. How did this happen, and can I get the screen to change back somehow to Deluxe 2016? Happy to keep using as is, as I do not need or want any connectivity features and prefer not to work from Quicken's cloud.
