Projected Balances chart does NOT reflect mortgage payments!

I regularly use, and rely on, the "Projected Balances: Next 30 Days" chart on my Home tab. This chart should provide me with the information I need to make sure an account is adequately funded for the coming month.

I've come to realize that my mortgage payment is NOT reflected as a future transaction. This destroys the value of the chart as the projections are invalid.

My mortgage is setup properly in the Property & Debt section and there is a Bill Reminder setup for it as well.

When the transaction is "entered", the chart is updated appropriately.

WHY is this one future transaction being ignored in the chart?!

    OK I may have found the reason that this was not working. For some reason, the "Payment Details" in the mortgage account was not correct despite account balances (principal, interest, and escrow) all being correct (very odd).

    Anyway, I corrected the Payment Details and revised the Bill Reminder to match exactly and now the mortgage payment is showing in the Projected Balances chart.

    I will keep an eye on this to see if it changes.
