ebill service provider changing?

I just discovered the ebill function in Quicken Classic, never having heard of it before. Very enthusiastic, I entered three different recurring bills, finding each payee in the list (with corporate logos included). Everything seemed to go swimmingly, but there's no indication three or four days later that anything has happened. Nothing shows up in the 'repeating online' window in 'bill and income reminders'. At one point, a message popped up to the effect that Quicken was changing service providers for this service, and that the new one would "be more reliable' without specifying what the problem was before. Searching Quicken's site and these discussions, there is no mention of this change. Does anyone know it this is happening/has happened? What's the status of ebill?

    CaliQkn,

Thank you very much. The info there led me to another page about ebills, and I was able (I think…) to verify that the billers I had entered seem to be active. We'll see when the actual bills start to come due. That'll be AFTER the provider change, so I'll probably have to re-enter everything.
