Enhancement to report, "Income by Security"

Allow for the optional inclusion of _Accrued Interest onto this report. Currently, Quicken treats the receipts of (bond) coupon payments as "Interest Income", whereas only the net (Coupon Payment less Purchased / Accrued Interest) is attributable to the user. By allowing this report to report on "_Accrued Interest", the user could easily net these two amounts together for a fuller understanding of transactions at the individual bond level and also that of the portfolio.
