costco citi cc and quicken deluxe issues

As of April, 2025, my Costco Citi CC account will not update with the latest data.

I was told there is a Quicken ticket on this problem: 11889325.

How can we get this fixed?

When Quicken sends me out to login with Citi, I get this error:

Incomplete Registration
Your new Citi® credit card registration process is incomplete. Please sign on to Citi to complete the registration.

<Sign on to Citi Online>

Selecting this works to login just fine! It is only that quicken/Citi URL that has problems:

https://auth.citi.com/ASag/oauth2/login

Any ideas? I will also cross post at Citi.

    In Quicken, when trying to activate your Costco Citi card,

    • do you use "Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi" as the name of the financial institution?
    • do you use the Tools / Add Account function (or click the "+" icon in the Account Sidebar title)?

    Try both and see if that works any better.
